異国情緒ある福生市で新たなる観光のディープラインとしてアメリカのトレーラをタイニーハウスとしてデザインしたMOBILE HOTEL。街のなかに泊まるような体験をご提案。施設内（DELTA EAST）は、地域のフードベンダーたちが提供するフードトラックエリアで、家族や仲間たちとシェアする時間。 地域のローカルフードを提供する料理と、 地域に愛されるクラフトビール、フォレストコーヒー、チキンオーバーライス、ピザなどが楽しめます。借景は、アメリカの基地がほど近くに位置するため、 地域の異国文化にも触れられる。心からリラックスできる時間を過ごして頂けることと思います。 人知れずゆったりとした風土、特別な時間をお楽しみください。
MOBILE HOTEL “The TINY INN” is limited to one group per day and is premised on movement.
MOBILE HOTEL is an American trailer designed into a tiny house to serve as the new deep line of tourism in exotic Fussa City, proposing an experience to stay in the middle of the city. Inside the facility(DELTA EAST) are food trucks operated by local vendors where time is shared with famiilies and friends.
You can enjoy local food and the locals-favorite craft beer, forest coffee, chicken over rice, pizza and etc.
The American air base is located right nearby, allowing you to enjoy another culture.
You will have a time of true relaxation. We hope you enjoy your special time in the extraordinarily relaxed local climate.

キャンセル料金
ご予約の20日前以前のキャンセルは無料です。
それ以降のキャンセルは以下の料金を申し受けます。
当日のご連絡、またはご連絡がなかった場合 … 宿泊料金の100％
1日前 … 宿泊料金の90％
2日～6日前 … 宿泊料金の50％
7日～14日前 … 宿泊料金の30％
その他の注意事項
①小さなお子様同伴の場合は、建物前の道路への飛び出しや、ガーデンの柵周辺には十分ご注意ください。夜間は周辺も暗くなりますので特にご注意ください。
②夜間の大音量での騒音、音楽は近隣にお住まいの方のご迷惑になりますのでルールにしたがってください。
③出たゴミはお持ち帰り頂けますようご協力お願い致します。
④諸設備、諸物品はお持ち帰り頂けません。
⑤諸設備、諸物品を破損、汚損した場合はスタッフへお知らせください。かかる料金をご負担いただくことがございます。
⑥お客様の退出後に諸設備、諸物品の破損や汚損、欠品や欠損が発覚した場合、相当する金額をご負担頂きます。
⑦天災やご自身の過失により引き起こしたすべての事故、車両の破損、事故等に関しましては弊社では一切の責任を負いません。
⑧ペットの同伴は原則禁止です。
⑨敷地内で起きた怪我や事故、またお客様が持ち込まれた食材での食中毒、貴重品の紛失や盗難につきまして弊社は一切の責任を負いません。
⑩チェックイン時間は午後1時から午後3時まで、チェックアウトは午後12時までとなります。
⑪チェックイン、チェックアウトの時間変更は原則前日までにお願い致します。
⑫平日11時から17時まで、土日祝日10時から18時まではDELTA EASTは通常営業しておりますので、事前のチェックイン、チェックアウト時間以外の対応は 致しかねる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
⑬料理のアレルギー対応は行っておりません。アレルギーをお持ちの方のお食事はお持ち込みください。

Payment
Please pay the accommodation fee within 3 days from the notice.
Payment is by bank transfer only. If payment cannot be confirmed within 3 days, it will be cancelled.

Cancellation fee
Cancellations made 20 days prior to the reservation are free.
If canceled later, the following fees will be charged.
If you contact us on the day or if you do not contact us ... 100% of the accommodation fee
1 day before ... 90% of the accommodation fee
2 to 6 days before ... 50% of the accommodation fee
7 to 14 days before ... 30% of the accommodation fee
Other notes
① If you are accompanied by a small child, please be careful about jumping out on the road in front of the building or around the garden fence. Please note that the surrounding area will also be dark at night.
②Noise and music at high volume at night will be a nuisance to residents in the neighborhood. Please follow the rules.
③ Thank you for your cooperation.
④ Equipment and goods cannot be taken home.
⑤Please inform the staff if the facilities or items are damaged or soiled. You may be charged for such charges.
⑥ If the customer finds that the facilities or items are damaged or soiled, the missing item, or the missing item after leaving, the corresponding amount will be borne.
⑦ We are not responsible for any accidents, vehicle damage, accidents, etc. caused by natural disasters or negligence.
⑧ In principle, pets are not allowed.

⑫Since DELTA EAST is usually open from 11:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends and holidays, please note that we may not be able to handle other than advance check-in and check-out times.
⑬We do not deal with allergies of crab dishes. Please bring meals for people with allergies.
